Regular stock
In order ensure our promotional clothing and customize t-shirt stand out from the others, we provide a wide range of fabric with any color that our customer desire. Customers can choose the fabric and colors from our fabric catalog that are popular among our customers. Customize color is possible if customer is not satisfied with the colors available, they can order the fabric with the color they desire.
For customization of fabric and colors, you can send your fabric swatch or color to us.However, it might take some time for us to dye the fabric with the color required.
In order to expedite our delivery to fulfill your demand, we have a series of regular stock fabrics and colors for you to choose from.
Custom color or develop a new fabric
We also provide the options to use custom colour, such as coorporate colour on our promotional clothing and customized t-shirt. For custom color follow our regular weaving, minimum order is 300 shirts and turn-around 5-6 weeks. To develop a new fabric weaving, minimum order is 3000 shirts and turn-around time 2-3 months.
Custom color
A minimum order of 600-3000 shirts and depending on number of color and turn-around time 5-8 weeks.
1. Single solid color weaving type
Minimum order 600 shirts.
2. Striped weaving type
Minimum order 1500-3000 shirts.

Our exclusive promotional clothing and customize t-shirts are very much depends on the pattern & design of the collar and cuff. The collar & cuff can be made into a variety of patterns designs and color to suit ones specifications without any set-up charges.
Many customers today prefer to customize them with a corparate name or website thereby giving it a personalized touch so that they can be used at various events, like corporate sports meets or corporate trade fairs.
Please refer to the picture for a series of our stock color yarn for your convenience. There is no minimum order if you use these colors.

Our digital heat transfer printing offer you vibrant full color designs and photo prints quality with ultimate wash ability. We can print your custom design as large as 275 X 400 mm for any color fabric material. Create your digital artwork files so they can be opened in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or CorelDraw.
Screen printing has advantages as it is known for crisp colors and is ideal for large print quantities.

Things to watch out during washing
1) Avoid using detergents that contain optical brightener or bleach.
2) Avoid rubbing the T-shirt while washing.
3) Always remember to dilute the fabric softener in water first.
4) Avoid direct contact of fabric softener with garments.
5) If there are symbol on the label, follow them closely, especially in drying process.
6) You can iron the T-shirt when they wrinkled.
1) Avoid scrubbing the T-shirt while washing.
2) Avoid using chlorine bleach as it might cause discolouration.
3) Avoid tumble drying.
4) Avoid using steam. Use cold iron to iron it.

How to order
Simply complete and submit the quick quote form and email us your logo for a free evaluation. Our experienced designers will give you recommendations about logo treatment and custom t-shirt applications.
You can send your logo via email attachment to info_livertex.com or contact our customer service representative.
You can send your logo in many different types of formats. Logos sent in vector formats are preferred. File types such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, jpeg, gif, and tif are acceptable. The logo you send should be actual size or larger, with a resolution of at 300 dpi is preferable.
For good color printing
Your artwork might looks good on a computer screen may not look good when printed. Colors on one monitor will look different than they will on another. More importantly, there is no guarantee that a color will look the same on your monitor and in a screen print.
If you need your printing or embroidery to match an exact color proofread. We required you to send us the original printed graphic and indicating all the spot colors in PMS to avoid any discrepancy.
Identify fonts
If you know the name of the font used in the text of your logo please include it. There are thousands of type styles and it can be difficult to determine which of them your organization has chosen. Identifying the font ahead of time can avoid time consuming delay.

Price quoted is subjected to stock fabric availability and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to hold the order until payment in full has been received.
We the right to decide color part of the fabric and revise price if necessary at anytime.
Price quoted is exclusive of delivery charges and GST/VAT wherever applicable.
A tolerance of +/- 5% on measurement, weight and +/- 6% of shrinkage should be allowed.
Trademarked logos
We reserve the right to require written notice from an authorized employee granting permission to reproduce the certain trademarked logos. We will not be held liable for unauthorized use of logos
Cancellation or changing an order
If you need to cancel an order, you are advised to contact our customer service. Please include the order number of that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
If you have already completed an order and wish to add item and quantity to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order.
Please note that, if your order has processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Return policy
All returns must be authorised, Keep in mind that customized items cannot be return or exchanged for reason other than defects in material or workmanship and/or order processing errors. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Want a T-shirt that is different from our catalogue?
We are able to take customised orders which is changing anything about the
apparel that you see listed in our catalogue.
1) Size
No minimum order on any size.
2) Fabric & colour
A minimum order of 300-600 pieces (depends on t-shirt types) and turnaround
time of 2-5 weeks.
3) Style
USD 20-60 is required for each style.
Turnaround time for actual sample is 1-5 weeks depending on fabric availability.
4) Custom colour for knitted collar & cuff
Minimum order for each type
i) Solid single colour weaving : 600 pieces.
ii) Striped & jacquard weaving : from 1500 pieces depending on number
of colours and usage.
Turnaround time is 5-8 weeks.
5) Develop new fabric
Should the customer wish to develop a new fabric weave, a minimum order of
3000-5000 pieces is required with a turnaround time of 5-8 weeks.

Private Label Programme
Digital Heat Transfer Label
A minimum order of 100 pieces with at least a dozen per size is required. This
service is provided for all orders that we take. There is a printing cost of USD 0.40
per piece in addition to the cost of the garment.
Woven Loop Label
A minimum order of 600 pieces is required with an additional cost of USD 0.20
per pieces for this option . You can also make a bulk order and we will take care
of the stock for you. In this case, you can order any quantity as you like to sew
on your own label. The process takes 2-3 weeks to manufacture to the day we
receive your logo.

Generally, there is no standardizes industry specifications or measurements.
However, the following are our usual sizing chart.
If your meansurement and sizing method is differ from ours. Our pattern designers are able to do according to your requirement and specifications.The following are some of the general guidelines for your reference.
Knitwear - Polo / Round Neck
A. Chest / bust Measure straight across front body, 1" below armhole from edge to edge.
B. Botton / sweep Measure alone the edge of garment
C. Upper opening (1" below armhole) Measure straight across sleeve seam, parrallel to sleeve opening.
D. Sleeve opening Measurement along the edge of sleeve.
E. Sleeve lengh from shoulder Measure from neck seam straight along to bottom edge of sleeve.
F. Total body leangth from sholder Measure from shoulder seam at neck staight down to the bottom edge of garment.
G. Sleeve lengh from shoulder Measure from joint of shoulder seam at sleeve to botton edge of sleeve.
H. Sleeve Length from centre back Measure from centre back neck seam across to sholder seam down to bottom edge of
sleeve.
I. Across shoulder Measure straight across back from shoulder / sleeve seam to shoulder / sleeve seam.
J. Neck opening inside Measure from inside edge of collar straight across to opposite inside edge of collar.
K. Front neck depth Create an imaginary line across neck at high point shoulder. Measure at centre front from the imaginary line to front neck seam.
L. Chest pocket from neck point Measure from high point of shoulder at neck to top of pocket.
M. Chest pocket from centre front Measure from centre front to edge of placket.
O. Placket Measure from hightest point to the lowest point of the placket.
N. Minimum neck stretch stretch neck, do not overtend. Measure straight across the neck opening at neck seam inside edge to edge.
P. Neck opening Measure along neck seam from centre front to centre back.
Q. Neck opening inside Measure from inside edge of collar straight across to opposite inside edge of collar.
R. Front neck depth Create an imagining line across neck at high point shoulder. Measure at centre front from the imaginary line to front neck seam.
Knitwear - Sweater / Ragian
C. Upper opening (1" below armhole), measure straight across sleeve seam, parrallel to sleeve opening.
F. Total body leangth from sholder Measure from centre back neck seam across to bottom edge of sleeve

J. Front neck depth Create an imaginary line across neck at high point shoulder. Measure at centre front the imaginary line to front neck seam.
K. Back neck depth Create an imaginary line across neck at high point shoulder. Measure at centre back neck from the imaginary line to neck seam.
L. Minimum neck stretch Stretch neck, do not overextend. Measure straight across the neck openning at neck seam inside edge to edge.
