The questions buyers ask most before ordering custom knitwear, answered with real figures.
Ordering & lead time
There is no MOQ when the garment uses our own knitted fabric — one piece is enough to place an order. Fabric we do not stock, or a custom dye colour, has to be knitted and dyed to order, so the minimum for those is quoted case by case.
Standard production lead time is 7–10 working days, and a rush job can be pulled in to 5–7. Counted from artwork and order confirmation; shipping time is not included.
Yes — samples take 1–3 working days. Sampling is charged, and the sampling fee is refunded once you place the production order.
Payment in advance (PIA), cash on delivery (COD), or 30-day credit terms for approved accounts.
Send the style, quantity, size breakdown, fabric requirement and print artwork to sales@livertex.com. The more specific the brief, the tighter the price.
Product & finishes
Knitwear only: crew-neck tees, polo shirts, zipped stand-collar tops, singlets, aprons and jackets, all made to the customer's specification.
We knit our own fabric in-house, typically 160–220 gsm; knit structure, hand-feel and colour are specified by the customer. We do not make woven garments.
XS–5XL, and children's sizes are available.
Eleven finishes in-house across silkscreen, heat transfer, embroidery, sublimation and direct-to-garment, rated at 20 to 50-plus wash cycles. The printing page states the garment shades and wash rating for each one.
A file that opens in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or CorelDraw. The maximum digital heat-transfer print area is 275 x 400 mm.
Factory & credentials
Around 40,000–55,000 pieces a month in normal conditions, over 85,000 when the work is simple and hours are long, and about 20,000 when the garment carries multi-colour printing and panelled construction. The plant is around 2,000 m2 with about 80 staff.
Yes: ISO 9001:2015, issued by Intertek under certificate number Q161488-3, with a scope of design and manufacture of apparel. Certified since 2004.
Yes. Singapore and Australia are the main export markets today, and we supply the full package: patterns, colours, sizing, fabric, labelling and packing.
The factory is at 7 Jalan Budi Tengah 1, Taman Wawasan Perindustrian, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia. Knitting, cutting, printing and sewing all happen on that site.
