This notice explains what personal data we collect through the enquiry form on this website, why we collect it, who sees it, and how you can ask to access or correct it. It is issued under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

The enquiry form collects your name, company name, email address, telephone number, company location, and whatever you write about your requirement (garment type, quantity, print method, required date, additional notes). If you upload artwork, we also receive that file and its filename. We do not collect your IP address and we use no tracking cookies on this site.
Only to respond to your enquiry: to cost and issue a quotation, to discuss specification and lead time, and to fulfil your order if you place one. We do not use your data for marketing unrelated to your enquiry, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Filling in the form is entirely voluntary. However, your name, email address and requirement are necessary for us to reply — without them we cannot quote.
Authorised sales and management staff at Livertex. In the system itself, only staff holding the website-enquiries read permission can see the contents. If your order is to be delivered in Singapore, the relevant details are shared with Cinta Enterprise, the group entity that invoices and delivers there.
Your data is stored and processed on our behalf by our service providers: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare (domain and anti-abuse verification) and Resend (notification email). Their servers are located in **Singapore** (Supabase region ap-southeast-1), so your data is transferred outside Malaysia and stored and processed there.
If an enquiry becomes an order, the details pass into the customer and transaction records, which we keep for 7 years as accounting and tax law requires. Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for as long as we still need them; **you can ask us to delete yours at any time** using the address below.
You may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete it, or ask us to limit how we process it. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
